• FileCheck - we process each application or PDF file or image data through our professional pre-flight software. The software creates a report of problems and possible concerns. You will be e-amiled or faxed a copy of the report for you to adjust your files for the errors, or if you prefer we can fix them using our FileRepair service. Evaluation charge: $25 minimum.

• FileRepair - our pre-flight software has many capabilities in adjusting PDF files and image data. This service is very cost effective because it saves you time and allows you to move on to your next project knowing these files will be FileReady. Repair charge: $50/hour.

• FileReady - Finally you will receive PDF X-1a ready files on CD or DVD, depending on size and preference, to ship off to your printer with confidence. We can also transfer files to you by FTP, or if you prefer directly to your printer. Data transfer charge: $50/disk + shipping.

• Where (what country) your title will print and printer's name if available
• Kind of press (i.e. web offset, shetfed, screenprint, digital, etc.)
• Type of paper (i.e. gloss or matt coated, uncoated offset, newsprint, etc.)
• Line screen (i.e. 150, 175 etc.) Note: this is different from DPI.
• Type of files (i.e. application files such as InDesign, PDF, TIF, EPS etc.)
• How many files are being processed; are they Mac or PC?

For total file sizes of 50mb and under we can use our fast and reliable FTP service. (see our FTP link for more information or request the FPT information from Steve in the above e-mail)

If the total data is larger than 50mb, just send the files on CD or DVD with lasers, if you have them, to the address provided below. (Disks will not be returned unless requested.)

Finally, our FileCheck specialists will complete the neccessary pre-flight analysis and report to you their findings via e-mail, fax or phone which ever you prefer. Most FileCheck services, depending on the amount of files, have a one day turnaround time.
